Welcome to Our New Website!

At last, our new website! This project has been in progress for months, but the press of practice has prevented me from completing it. The purpose is to inform clients and prospective clients of my experience and expertise in providing specialized legal services.

Throughout my career I have written for publication. I believe that writing for publication is essential for a lawyer in developing expertise and disseminating it. When you write for other lawyers, you take your game to another level. I write for publications such as Tax Notes, and for my blog here.

My professional relationships, through the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the Oakland County Bar Association, have proved invaluable in developing expertise and serving clients.

The photo montage of the new website is mostly Michigan and the Great Lakes (The Henry Ford and Greenfield Village, the Gordie Howe International Bridge, the S.S. Arthur M. Anderson, the Mackinac Bridge, etc.), with an imposing photo of the U.S. Treasury Building in due deference to the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution.
